What is the maximum capacity?
Our maximum capacity is 100 guests.
Where do our guests park?
All parking is street or city parking. We are fortunate to have a few city lots in the surrounding blocks!
Do you have an elevator?
We do not have an elevator at this time. Our venue is only accessible via stairs.
Do you have a vendor list?
We have an open vendor policy! You are welcome to select your own vendors! Here are a few of our favorites:

Do you have a kitchen?
We do have a prep kitchen with a sink, refrigerator and freezer.
Can we serve alcohol?
Alcohol does have to be served by a licensed and insured bartender. We recommend Bottoms Up Bartending!
Can I bring in my own decor?
Yes! We do offer florals as an add-on, but you are welcome to bring in your own centerpieces.
Are there decor restrictions?
We do not allow confetti. An additional cleaning fee will be applied.
We do allow real flame candles if they are contained in a votive or vase.
Is the retainer applied towards by total balance?
Yes! A non-refundable $150 retainer is due at booking to secure your date! This amount is subtracted from the remaining rental fee. The remaining balance is due one month prior to the event date.
